Early bird deals will be released 4 weeks in advance and you can sign up anytime before the start of the camp, however the camps do have limited places available and once they are full you will not be able to sign up.
No, every camper is allocated their own workout station which is cleaned in advance by our trainers prior to your arrival.
A WOD stands for Workout Of The Day, as we design all of our workouts in advance you are able to see which WODs have been allocated to each session.
No, our bootcamp prices are inclusive of all the services/features stated in the pricing section of this website.
Tuesday and Thursday sessions are at either 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:45pm or 7:45pm with Saturday sessions being at 8am, 9am, 10am or 11am. You choose your session times during the sign up process and you are then guaranteed these times each week.
We have a max capacity of 8 participants at each allocated session time. All participants are allocated their own workout station which are over 2 metres apart and they do no share equipment.
No, please note that all participants are required to read the WODs in advance of each session and they must stick to their allocated workout station. There is an allocated trainer at the gym for the bootcampers to ask any questions, comment on form and give advice but they do not participate in the workout or lead the workouts.
The bootcamp is suitable for all abilities whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthausast. Our trainers pride themselves on building WODs and training programs that are challenging yet encouraging for all levels to participate in.
We would advise you to speak to your GP before participating in any physical activity and at this time we would not recommend signing up to the camp. However the gym also offers 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions which are better suited for women during pregnancy.
